Here’s a little bit about me…

Zodiac profile:

My craft name is Taliya - I use it because it was the name of my first ever D&D character - a Moon Elf Druid that I became quite attached to My real name is Nat.

I am a spiritual coach, holistic health coach, yoga and meditation teacher, Angelic Reiki Master, writer and poet. Day to day I run my own business, the High Priestess Temple - a membership community and learning platform for women who want to live a magickal, soul-led life

I have been practicing meditation, divination and Buddhism since my teens and formal witchcraft and Paganism for over ten years. I was a member of a real (in person) coven for a number of years before I moved away from the area.

My path is eclectic - I have formed my own spiritual practice that includes Buddhist principles and meditation practices, Pagan Goddess and nature rituals, magick and spellwork, divination, study and Angelic Reiki. I vibe most with the Green Witch path and am studying Magickal Herbalism, and I have also studied scrying, divination and the healing arts.

Deity: I tend to work with the cosmic female and male aspects Mother Earth and Father Sky rather than specific Gods or Goddesses, but I do honour the personification of the Goddess in each season, ie Brigid, Ostara, Rhiannon, etc. Lord Buddha is my guru; he isn’t a deity, he is a teacher.

Herb/flower/tree: Mugwort/lavender/yew

Gemstone: Selenite

Animal companion: My super fluffy Persian cat Bailey. Not a familiar, just a snuggle buddy!

Interests:

I am interested in divination, herbalism (magickal and medicinal), shadow work & healing, ritual and reverence, meditation, and spiritual evolution.

My hobbies include nature walks, occult study, reading, sketching, practicing Italian and Ukulele, eating super dark chocolate, playing with my son, and travelling (well, before the pandemic anyway).

The next course I want to take is symbology as I am fascinated by this topic. I’ll also probably end up studying Medicinal Herbalism to go with my Magickal Herbalism diploma.

A path I am fascinated by and would like to explore more about is Druidry. I’m all about connecting with your native spirituality and Druidry is the native spirituality of the British Isles. I think also the plant and nature connection resonates strongly for me.
