Since the pandemic started with sheltering in place those first three months when I had to close my business (which is a barbershop I grew up in starting around five years old). Feeling anxious and restless, I needed to find something to occupy my time and monkey mind so I decided to try manifestation and law of attraction tactics. I was going to work on manifesting the funds and the “chutzpah” to enroll into a “Certified Crystal Practioner” course! Being the impatient and goal oriented Taurus that I am I said to my (higher) self, “Self, why wait to manifest it? Just enroll…!” So I did. As the weeks passed and I devoured every word my teacher said and read every book I could find on the topic of crystals and crystal healing, chakras, divination/pendulum dowsing, astrology and tarot I regressed back 20 plus years recalling my first introduction to my first crystal, gifted to me by a haircut client in his 70’s that became one of my best pals and influences to learning about Sacred Geometry, Crystals, and Square riggers! That is how I found myself here, while I was taking a break from completing an exam for my Certified Crystal Healer course I stumbled upon this site. I was intrigued and totally enthralled by all of the witchy rabbit holes I found myself Alice in Wonderland-ing in! I couldn’t be more thrilled to explore this community and hopefully will build some meaningful, if nothing else, information laden friendships/relationships, with like minded folks pursuing a similar path, on their individual journey, open to topics I have finally allowed myself to pursue as a career and lifepath, without a care to any sideways glances, or raised , hairy eyeballs! I am walking this path as my most authentic self and I couldn’t be more certain of anything in my entire life. Thank you for humoring me and reading this introduction, I usually skip this part and just stay a voyeur, on the side, trying to blend into the wallpaper, but I dont want to be that girl anymore, not this time.
