My name is Vicky Gallardo. I am a retired Medical Records Manager. I retired to open my own business with a food trailer. My husband and I sell mini donuts and coffee (drip).
We have been married for 12 years. This is my second husband, my first husband unfortunately passed away in 2006. We had two children, a boy and a girl who are grown and off on their own.
My next adventure is to open another trailer this will be a coffee trailer with espresso coffee and pastries. Being retired has given me the time to explore my inner self, hence why I am here. I want to continue to learn and grow my knowledge and skill.
I am creative, I sublimate shirts, mugs and tumblers. I like to sew and crochet as well as punch needle. I dabble in laser engraving and making my own stickers. It’s wonderful to have the time and support from my husband to be creative.
