Hmmm. He seems to be mentioning, early on, something similar to the local oddity: the Taos Hum (Albuquerque has a hum, too). No one can figure out where the sounds are coming from, but they can best be heard at night after everyone else is asleep, and they seem to come from underground. It is an interesting idea to use these hums in Magick. Thank you for sharing!
You’re welcome! It kind of reminded me of how people reacted to some of Churchill’s speeches. How his voice froze him in place. And for the worse, Hitler was much the same. I wonder how many big politicians and leaders had that talent?
