Okay, with 2/2 dosages of this… I can confirm that this does something wonderful for the mood. However, there are some variables to consider. I am well-rested and was calm before entering this, I have not eaten solid food in eight hours, I avoid sugar, and the only caffeine I consume is in whatever teas I drink.
