A Topic A Lot Of People Don't Like To Dive Into

I know I have spoken about this before…but thought it deserved some more attention.

It was inspired by a Spiritual Coaching session I just held space for, for a client over the weekend.

The Hidden Truth About Witchcraft

A lot of people love to say “set your intention and manifest.” or “Intention is everything!

I do not follow this school of thought. In fact I hate it lol.

But here’s what most people won’t tell you… Intentions alone don’t create change. They open the door—but alignment is what walks you through it.

You can intend to lose weight. But if there is no action to that intent…nothing happens.:woman_lifting_weights:

You can intend to make chocolate chip cookies. But if there is no action behind that intent, the cookies don’t get made!:cookie:

  • You can light the candles.
  • Cast the spell.
  • Whisper your desires to the universe.

But if your thoughts, habits, emotions, and actions don’t match that magick? The energy stalls.

:black_heart: Real witchcraft asks more of you. It asks you to believe, feel, move, and act in harmony with what you’re calling in.

Magick isn’t a shortcut. It’s a partnership between your spirit and your real-world choices.

When your energy aligns, your rituals don’t just feel powerful—:sparkles: they work. :sparkles:

:crystal_ball: Stop wishing. Start aligning. This is the witchcraft that actually transforms.:two_hearts:

And, in all seriousness…it’s your practice, do what you want…but if you want results…consider taking advice from an old crone.:wink: I’ve been practicing for what seems like “forever”…I’ve learned a thing or two along the way…HECK, I am STILL learning. These lessons, that I create, are born from love, intention, and a desire to truly teach and empower. My hope is those things shine through! :sun_with_face:

This topic isn’t to make anyone mad, or upset…this topic is to get you to think.

Live, Love, and Magick!

Sort of ties into the teachings from “The Secret” You must act as though it has already happened, and feel as you would after it happens. This has worked so well for me it’s crazy.

Nicely put @SilverBear my personal gripe is Spiritual bypassing, it’s so damaging. May I be humble to add, we too must be realistic in what we desire to manifest. My gripe with the manifest and you’ll get whatever you manifest crew is: you can’t always get the stars and this aiming beyond your reality can cause real harm. I’d love to be a size 10, knock 10 years of me, dress like a superstar and have a bank balance to match  ain’t gonna happen, crone here too. So for me it’s, be healthy (may not be a 10), dress smart and make an effort (stay a crone) and work to earn enough to be content. That’s achievable for little ol’ me. The Secrets a great book but people can only manifest within their world circumstances and that’s ok.

Great write up, as always @SilverBear so now I’m guessing a diet is in order with a workout to get off the Xmas feast I indulged in. (Wish I could afford the plastic surgery, it would be easier but hey some things you gotta work for :laughing::rofl:)

Well Witches,

Silver Bear, “here, here” Some people treat magick as a pill, just do it, and in a little bit (couple days) you’ll see results. Ain’t So :open_mouth:
I hear you Tracy, no detail, but I gained MUCH weight. (Used to model, TV, films, beauty pageants….) but went up to 197 pounds. My son has been on a day-on, day-off diet for months now. He fasts for one day and eats the next. I’ve been trying to follow him. No, I cannot quite fast for a full day, but I have cut back my eating extremely. I still eat a little each day, but in 3 days time, I only eat a little less than what would have before in 1 day. My body reacts slowly, and I drop a little here and there…plateau…and lose a little again. I was stuck for about 3 weeks in a 3-5 pound range where my body was like in “starvation” mode and would not let go of any calories. Finally, I started dropping again this week. Just in the last 4 days, I have dropped another 3 pounds. This will be my next poundage “range”, I believe. If you can handle it, try it. I am “wise” also, 61 yrs. just last month. Yes, everything is harder as we become “wiser”, especially losing weight, because our metabolism has slowed and we’re less active, but our stomach is still as big as it was, so it wants to be filled. It’s just training. Didn’t say easy, though.

Merry Magick to all….Lady Gene :magic_wand:

We can diet together. Yes I will try this thankyou for the tip. My mum just says “Eat less move more ). So will do another spell, may incorporate :thurisaz: so Thor can kick my ass when I get lazy, then get moving (that means dance or yoga, not really a gym freak )

Traci, I do not exercise. I have had 3 heart attacks, on med for over 30 years. Cannot drink coffee, take any meds that contain ANY type of stimulant. I do stretches and yoga, so my heart rate never really goes up. (the “move more” concept is to burn calories). When the weather is nice, I’ll walk to bingo (a little less than 1 mile). But, no exercise. Even walking I have to go slow. Between my heart and my TBI (traumatic brain injury, in a coma), I get dizzy very easily so I have to walk slowly. This “bingo” walk takes most people about 15 minutes. Takes me between 45-55 minutes. But, getting movement in. Since I do not move much, I stick to soups (so much water, so not many calories but tasty) and salads, for something heavy–potatoes (look at the weight loss on Al Roker), or rice. I stay away from bread (wheat) because it puts weight on me just by looking at it :open_mouth: . Lots of tea, and I drink decaf coffee. A little cream and sugar for taste, but the water to basically “fill me up”. We’ll work together and get there!!!

That’s one of the reasons I do prosperity spells, and not money spells. I can’t work and I don’t buy lottery tickets, so there’s no way I’m gonna get any extra money. But prosperity has worked for me often, to someone offering me a bag of frozen chicken breasts they weren’t going to use, to getting an extra box of spaghetti in my order. It’s all good. And when I have extra, I try to make sure to share what I have. If Sally needs something and I’ve got it, I’ll give it.

That’s such a good way of doing it, blessings flow and sharing brings in more. Beautiful
