Addressing the Elements

Merry Meet All,

I have come across a few ways to address the elements/corners/watchers/towers….

I use gestures…arms out, bent at elbows with palms facing out for East/Air, the intellect…to KNOW….arms upraised over my head clasped hands (like a candle flame) for South/Fire, action/will…to GLOW…arms at waist length, with palms cupped for West/Water…for emotions/water…to FLOW…and North/Earth, arms at side elbows bent palms facing down to the earth…manifestation/growth…to GROW. I love rhyme…I write poetry….so in short, my rhyme with the elements is…air, so-so-so to know…turn fire, so-so-so- to glow…likewise the other 2 and then your preferred all, yin/yang, akasha, mana…whathaveyou with the standing in glory type pose, and I like what Jesus said (no, I am not religious, raised atheist)…Here am I….

Just passing it along…..feel free to use it at your discretion/change of wording….
