I’ve started pulling a rune each day. I breathe over my rune bag, pray for daily advice from my Deity, then pull a rune from the bag. Then I draw the rune on my wrist for that days energy. If I need a particular energy, I’ll draw that rune on my wrist instead. It’s made a huge difference to my days. Thankyou for your post @SilverBear
