If this site don’t have this feature already how about adding it
Personal journal category. - only the poster can see there own post i think it would be a nice category for anyone wants to write in forums but don’t want to share it with everyone

Hey John!
This could be an interesting feature! I know the main website has a “notes” section that users can utilize while doing the lessons. You can also create a message with just yourself! Then each entry is time-stamped based on when you replied to yourself, if that makes sense. I actually have a message to myself that I use to draft different posts before I’m ready to actually publish them! 
It’s a workaround, but it works!
