Beginner Astrology - Guide to the Modalities (Qualities)

Wow - this is great! I was reading an astrologic book that broke out the modalities for the signs, Cardinal-Fixed-Mutable. Without even counting, I am as “Fixed” as you can get :rofl: :rofl: Sweet Geebus, the “Test of Wills” in my family is like opening Pandora’s Box!

I just thought I would pop in and share my elements! So here’s what I have in my chart:

Cardinal
Sun-2, Saturn-1, Uranus -1, Neptune-1 = 5
Very Prominent

Fixed
Ascendant-2, Moon-2, Mercury-1, Pluto-1 = 6
Overly Dominant

Mutable
Venus-1, Mars-1, Jupiter-1 = 3
Fairly Balanced

The astrology program that I use, prints charts and reports, which contain information about the elements and what placements and aspects can help. I do have 5 planets in Air signs and 5 in Water signs which helps me to be more balanced.

You have a nice range on your chart. No weak modalities at least!

I think of it in terms of balance, I’m a Libra :libra: sun sign. I’m off balance most of the time! :rofl:
