Beltane Blessing Spell

Happy Beltane! :cherry_blossom: This is one of the loveliest sabbats to work with — the veil between worlds is thin, the earth is in full bloom, and fire magick feels especially alive right now.:fire:

A few notes to make the most of the spell:
Flower choices: Hawthorn is the most traditional Beltane bloom (also called the May tree), but if you can’t find it, rose petals, violet, or even dandelion work beautifully. Pick whatever feels abundant and joyful to you. And always be grateful toward the plant spirits. They lend you their energy…so never take that for granted!

The candle fire: If burning paper feels like too much indoors, you can simply hold the slip of paper to the flame briefly to “touch” it to the fire, (hover over or next to) then let the candle do the symbolic work as it burns down.

The flower water: It keeps for a few days in the fridge. Use it to anoint yourself before something important, mist a plant, or leave a few drops on your threshold as an invitation for good things to enter. You can also use it to anoint windowsills, altar tools, and you can also pour some back into Mother Earth.

Beltane is all about vitality, desire, and new growth — so the intention you bring to the fire can be anything from something tender and personal to something bold and expansive. There’s no wrong way to want things on this day.
