Blood builder tea

Rose hips- crushed
Butchers broom
Yellow dock root

Steep 5-10 min. Drink 3 cups daily to aid in red blood cell production


The rose hips would be pretty easy to get, I imagine, but the butchers broom and yellow dock root might be an adventure to get my hands on! :laughing:
