Blueberry Iced Green Tea 🫐

Blueberry Iced Green Tea :blueberries:

Total Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 8 cups

Ingredients:

8 cups of water
4 green tea bags
1 cup blueberry syrup or to taste
ice

Directions:

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and remove from the heat.
Mix in 1/2 cup of room temperature water, add the tea bags, and steep for 10 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and add the remaining water.
Mix in the blueberry syrup until it reaches the desired sweetness.
Chill in the fridge, add ice, and enjoy.

Blueberry Syrup:

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 32(~ 2 cups or 32 1-tablespoon servings)

Ingredients:

2 cups blueberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Directions:

Bring everything to a boil in a large saucepan, reduce the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes before removing from the heat to cool.

Notes:

Store in a sealed container in the fridge and enjoy within 2 weeks.
Option: Strain the solids from the syrup.
