Book Review - Where to post

Hi,

I wrote a book review of ‘Sigil Witchery’ by Zakroff and wanted to share. I could find the spreadsheet and a LONG list of books but couldn’t find that particular one. Then, I figured I’ld post it but I had questions of where and how. What is the recommended process?

Thanks!
Dan

@artemisia Thanks. I read that but I didn’t know there was a limiting time for posting reviews. So… I guess I still have the same question but maybe I have to wait for the window to open???

That I don’t know. What you can do is go ahead and create a post for your book review and if @BryWisteria or @MeganB think it’s appropriate to do so, they can move it into the book club thread!

Yes, @Artemisia is correct  you can always share book reviews in the current book club session! If you have trouble finding it, you can also post a review in the Recommendations category and we can move it for you if we need to.

To find the current book review post, it’s always listed at the top of this post → :books: Spells8 Book Club! - Introduction and FAQ

Nope! There’s not a time limit at all. The review session that opens is just to separate the books that were read for January from the ones read in February. You are welcome to post your review in the current book club session whenever you’d like! When the review post opens, all early reviews posted get moved to the review post to make it easy for people to find them.

I hope that answers your question! Please let me know if you still need help with it. I admit it can be a bit confusing

@MeganB Thanks! I posted it. My formatting is dicey but I’ll do better. I should have made it in HTML (which I know, but brain farted )

No worries! Your review looks great!

There’s a good guide for using the forum formatting styles here: Formatting posts using markdown, BBCode, and HTML - Using Discourse - Discourse Meta

The forum uses a combination of BBCode, Markdown, and HTML.

We can leave your post there as it is or we can move it to the current book club session - it’s up to you

Oh… good. Please move it to whatever place is most appropriate. Thanks for helping!
