I have felt some ties breaking, but what I’ve been going through has been too big for just one spell.
I think I need to do this more regularly, but it must be working on my side, I think. She messaged me yesterday to tell me something about her life. This time, I’m just leaving her on “unread” like she does to me for months, only returning when she wants to say something. Usually, that would be unthinkable to me – not even turning the message read, much less going a whole day without replying! (I saw the notifications pop up as they came in on my phone, so I actually know what the messages were all about.) So, at the very least, it’s given me the ability to let it go without any anxiety or guilt.
Great job! Mission accomplished. Keep up the good work! You deserve better.
