You will need:
- A white candle (for peace)
- A small bowl of salt (for grounding)
- A sprig of rosemary or lavender (for clarity and calm)
Steps:
- Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
- Light the white candle and take a deep breath, visualizing a soft white light surrounding you.
- Hold the salt in your hand and say: “Earth below, steady my mind, Release the weight, peace I find.”
- Place the salt back into the bowl and gently rub the rosemary or lavender between your hands, inhaling its scent.
