Calm Mind Spell for Mental Clarity and Peace

You will need:

  • A white candle (for peace)
  • A small bowl of salt (for grounding)
  • A sprig of rosemary or lavender (for clarity and calm)

Steps:

  1. Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
  2. Light the white candle and take a deep breath, visualizing a soft white light surrounding you.
  3. Hold the salt in your hand and say: “Earth below, steady my mind, Release the weight, peace I find.”
  4. Place the salt back into the bowl and gently rub the rosemary or lavender between your hands, inhaling its scent.
  5. Say: “With each breath, my worries fade, Calm and strength now cascade.”
  6. Let the candle burn for a few more minutes while focusing on the flame.
  7. Blow out the candle and give thanks. Dispose of the salt & sprig outside.

Aha! So that’s what’s going on! Around Albuquerque, rosemary is grown as a decorative shrub (therefore, it is harder to buy as an herb for cooking). Whenever I see it, I brush my hands through it and feel uplifted when I smell my hands. I have to be careful when I’m with my driver, since she’s allergic to it and the fresh scent clings to my hands quite some time.
