Calm the Mind: A Simple Spell for Anxiety Relief

What You’ll Need:

:crystal_ball: A small blue or white candle (for peace and calm)
:herb: Lavender or chamomile (dried or essential oil)
:pen: Paper and pen (for creating a sigil)
:dash: A deep breath and your intention

Steps:

Create Your Sigil:

  • Write the phrase: “I am calm and at peace.”
  • Remove vowels and repeating letters: I A M C P E
  • Combine and simplify the left over letters into a unique symbol. (Let it flow intuitively!)

  • Draw your sigil on a small piece of paper.

Set the Scene:

Find a quiet space and take a deep breath.
Light the candle and focus on the flame, visualizing peace washing over you.

Charge the Sigil:

Hold the sigil in your hands and whisper: “By flame and herb, I call for peace,Let my anxious thoughts now cease. Calm my mind, my heart be light,I am safe, I am all right.”

Trace your sigil in the air above the flame or place the paper under the candle.

Seal the Spell:

Breathe in the soothing scent of the herbs.

I really like this - thank you. I haven’t done many spells yet (or any, really) but I think this is definitely one I could use, with all that’s going on around us now.
