I’ve been practicing for about a year focusing mainly in mastering grounding and manifesting.
I lost my job in April and starting to panic as the market seems very satiated and I haven’t had much luck even getting an interview.
This is my long winded way of asking if I can only cast luck, money, and job spells during the proper moon phase. Do I need for the moon to be waxing crescent?
Can I cast different spells each day or do I need to wait a a few days before casting again? For instance Monday a career spell and Tuesday a money spell?

Hello! You can cast at anytime you want, just set your intentions. Intentions is the most important thing when casting.
You can wait for the moon phase as well if you are not in a rush.
As the money and career spell are different , you can cast them on different days.
I wouldn’t recommend casting the same spell over and over again as that implies a lack of faith in the original spell. Fully believe the spell you cast will bring an outcome and then you can strengthen the spell by having gratitude for whatever result you have. Example- I am grateful for my job the provides me with abundance for all my wants and needs.
After a time, you can renew a spell but I feel like that is a few months away from the original spell.

Nope, you can cast them whenever you personally feel appropriate.
That is up to you and your energy levels. If you have enough energy and desire to cast multiple spells in one day, do so but be sure you take time for self-care and don’t overextend yourself. Spellwork can be draining at times.
I am sorry you’ve been having difficulty finding a new job, let alone getting an interview. It is surely a strange job market out there.
My suggestions would be more mundane. Id say branch out look into other avenues of employment even if it’s not what u want. Till u can get where u want to be. Sometimes we have to take jobs we don’t want to further down receive opportunities that we need
You’ve already got some great advice and suggestions from the coven! If I can add in my two cents, I would say no - it is not required that you wait for a certain moon phase to cast your spell.
From phases of the moon to seasons, Zodiac signs and positions of the planets, days of the week to the weather - there are so many influences that a witch is able to draw on in their spell work. Goodness knows if we had to wait for every single one to align, we’d never get any casting done at all!
The only influences that matter in your spellwork are the influences you include in your intention. If you draw upon the moon phase, or are vividly aware that Friday corresponds with love spells, those influences can enhance your spellwork. (And, alternatively, if you focus on something that detracts from your spellwork, it will very likely reduce results - this is the power of our Intention).
The amount and timing of your spells is determined by your energy. While tapping into outside energy (from nature, a deity, the Universe, etc) can grant you more leeway here, be careful of your personal, limited stores of energy.
Spell Exhaustion is a real thing. If you start to feel signs of burnout when casting, it’s recommended to take a step back. Self-care exercises can be helpful for recovering
