Changing your identity

When you pinpoint what the feeling or triggers you can then look for the root cause of what makes you tick.integrate with your shadow. But we have to always tend to the shadows and the light. I’m broken I have loads to work on I don’t have time for now.

But these are things I started. Thank your body parts as you bathe them for carrying you for beating. For being strong. Each part. Find any forgiveness that’s needs to be forgiven for you. Some I haven’t gotten over. But others I have . Also i did some cord cutting :scissors: I could use some more. But that can be emotional n draining.not gonna lie. But if you call to your entities they can help you too.
