Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 3/4 cups Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Topping
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons milk
2 tablespoons hazelnut spread with cocoa
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray
In a small bowl, stir together granulated sugar and cinnamon; reserve 2 tablespoons. In a large bowl, stir Bisquick baking mix, remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture, milk, and eggs until soft dough forms.
Place dough on a surface generously sprinkled with Bisquick mix; knead 10 times. Roll dough into a 16 × 12-inch rectangle. Brush with butter to within 1/2 inch from edges; sprinkle evenly with reserved sugar mixture. Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Roll up tightly beginning on the short side; seal well by pinching the edge of the dough. Cut into eight 1 1/2-inch slices; place slices cut side down in pan.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
In a small bowl, mix topping ingredients except hazelnut spread. In a small microwavable bowl, heat the spread on High for 30 seconds. Drizzle rolls with topping and then hazelnut spread. Serve warm.
