Ingredents:
Combine the pomegranate, orange, kiwi, and pear in a large bowl.
Whisk together the lime juice, honey, and cinnamon.
Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss gently.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Store any leftover fruit salad in an airtight container and keep it toward the back of the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The fruit may release some juices, but the flavor will still be great. Just give it a quick toss before serving.
You can also freeze the fruit for longer storage, and it makes an excellent addition to smoothies later on.
Acidity helps slow down oxidation, so toss your cut fruit in lime juice immediately after cutting to preserve the fruit.
Cut the fruit into larger, uniform, bite-sized pieces to help slow the release of juices and keep the texture firmer.
Use a sharp knife when cutting the fruit to avoid bruising them too much.
Try stirring in fresh mint, a splash of vanilla, or swapping the lime juice for lemon or orange juice. You can also sprinkle toasted coconut or nuts on top, fold in coconut yogurt or whipped cream, or mix in fruits like raspberries, bananas, grapes, apples, strawberries, or blueberries.
