Materials:
1 sachet of yeast
1 cup of milk
o.5 kilos of soft flour
1/5 cup butter
1 spoon of sugar
1/5 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/5 teaspoon cloves
1/4 cup brown sugar
60 gr. butter at room temperature
Procedure:
Heat the milk and melt half a cup of butter in it.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and one spoonful of sugar.
When the milk and butter are warm, pour them into the flour, make the dough and let it rest and rise until it doubles in volume.
When it is ready, open a rectangular sheet with the rolling pin, spread the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon on it. We roll our sheet into a roll and cut 12 rings.
We place them in a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees until they get a beautiful golden color
