- A small piece of paper and a pen
Instructions:
Set Up Your Space: Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Light the candle and place it on a flat surface in front of the mirror. The mirror reflects light and will help you see things more clearly in both a physical and spiritual sense.
Anoint the Candle: Rub a few drops of lavender oil onto the candle, or sprinkle dried lavender around it.

Write Your Question: On the piece of paper, write a specific question or issue you need clarity on. This could be a decision you’re facing, a situation that’s unclear, or even general mental fog. Hold the paper between your hands and focus on it.
Burn the Paper: Light the corner of the paper with the candle flame and place it in a fire-safe dish or cauldron to burn completely. As the smoke rises, visualize the answer becoming clearer, like a light shining through the clouds.
Meditate: Continue to gaze into the candle flame for several minutes, allowing any insights or intuitive thoughts to come to you. Trust whatever comes to mind.
Close the Spell: When you feel ready, blow out the candle, thanking the flame for its clarity. Keep the clear quartz with you over the next few days to amplify the clarity from the spell.
