My fiancé has a court case that he has a court date coming up. He did do something wrong and s not denying that. But, he has remorse (he didn’t hurt anyone) and has taken steps to change himself and his lifestyle. I am not asking for him to get off with no punishment. But I am trying to find a spell to help him stay out of jail. I have looked at a couple spells that involve using alligator pepper or the seeds. Any advice will help. I know that the action has to match the intention. I believe that his actions are matching that. That doesn’t mean the lawyer and Judge are goiing to care about his actions now or remorse. He is an addict and is clean now and working hard towards his recovery. He is actually asking for drug court. I am just trying to put a little detail so maybe someone can give me better advice? please, no judgmental comments, just witchy advice please and thank-you!
I know you’re not looking to win, but maybe using a spell as a base and creating something of your own? I believe that if the intention is there, anything can happen!

Welcome @TLeigh ! @little.elf.queen has given you a great spell to use. I’m not sure what state you are in, but in Minnesota I have found that asking for drug court is good and if there are no previous drug offenses that the judge will grant it without jail time. I have even seen them grant it when a person had two previous drug charges, but also required in patient rehab instead of jail.

In this particular case, while court assistance spells may help, it sounds like it’s less about winning a case and more about directing the result in a positive way. For this, I’d consider protective spells to help defend your fiance and good luck spells to bring about a result that works in your favor.

As always, the lovelies have given you some fab advice and great spells to help you out, just thought I’d jump in too if that’s okay?
Have you considered writing your own spell or ritual for this? It sounds as though you have very clear intentions, so maybe a ritual using the Virtual Altar might help? There are tools, ingredients, crystals and candles, and their magical uses are displayed when you put them on the altar, click on them and then click the ? icon.
You could write your intentions on a Bay Leaf then burn them in a cauldron for a simple manifestation spell, or use as many ingredients, crystals and candles as you like for a deeper ritual, and you could write your own prayer or chant. Also, you can perform the ritual multiple times to reinforce it if you wish.

I am shy and don’t share much, but I can’t stop thinking about you and your situation. Just through your words I feel your pain, fear and love for your man. So I took it as the Universe telling me to try and help.
I’m in the same situation right now, but my husband is in jail. So this is my personal spell. Of course you will have to change it to “For Justice to prevail and to stay out of jail” Like everybody else, I really encourage you to pick out certain parts from all of these spells that feels right to you and make it your own. I at LEAST suggest you make up your own Words of Power. Words that come from your heart are so powerful. Only you feel your love for him, feel your fears and know your intentions. Pour your heart out but most importantly really BELIEVE every word…Spirit knows when there is any doubt and then the spell won’t work. I like to rhyme, but it’s not necessary.
Our Justice system is broken my friend…it’s really sad. Help your man if you truly believe in him. My husband finally got a court date March 24th and he should be out soon after. Love is so powerful…it can make things happen. If you have any questions, message me anytime. Good Luck!!

Because I have been so busy, I haven’t done a complete spell but I have dressed a candle in oil and herbs with intention and meditated on that. But, it is constantly on my mind. So, I took a lot from your spell and other advice. I am tweaking a few things to fit my situation. I am actually doing some research on Themis. I am meditating on exactly the tools (crystals, colors) BUT I am going to do it on the new moon I think for New Beginnings. This has helped me a lot. I feel more confident in what I am doing now and I think that is what I truly needed. So, thank-you again

Yes! They are very similar, though spell bottles and jars tend to be more adaptable to any intention or purpose, while wish boxes are usually specific to manifesting a wish.
