I’m enjoying the idea of putting correspondences on the herb container! I collect, then I forget, get lost, remove, and then realize why I collected in the first place. Not working for me.

Your creation is beautiful!

Love that picture!

I am in the right mood for this. I just made some lavender bags for our bedroom. The place is intense with the smell. I got carried away as usual - also dropped a bit on my workshop floor. Our dog is eyeballing me right now.. :grinning_face:

@Amethyst

I love rosemary I didn’t realize how effective this plant is but it really can be used for so much !

@Greenbriar
Thank you you are so sweet :face_holding_back_tears: I am thinking about a bird cage right know but I need to find one to decorate it! I got a new plant from my home. I’m super excited.!

:blush:
Sweet i’ve had it for so long and I could never figure out what to do with it, but I’m actually changing my idea now I found some of those beautiful

I’ll let you know how it works out, but this is my thought!

I know what you mean to the tag and figure out what they contain and what makes them unique!!

You are a magician yourself then !!
I think I might try your technique or method
Where do you get the bag? I just use my Teavana for loose tea it’s easier!!

Always like it when I walk into a magical store that is always lit with so much incense and I’m just like yes I love it. I love smells too. I’m so glad that you found and are in touch with your senses.!!
@Selena-Paloma

Your so welcome :hugs: I have to admit there are many things I find on Pinterest and I feel creativity there and my friend is also really into Plants and she is my inspiration because “she” vines the pathos and I’m thinking about cutting the pathos and adding a little magic in the magical bottles and putting them up around the house and then I’m gonna vine them!! so excited can’t wait to share my new energy coming through!

Love bottles here’s my moon water!!

Anyways, it has all the different colors. I’m not gonna get too carried away, but you know what I’m working my magic.!
I just have to in this world!!

They make bags specifically for holding herbs (sticking under a pillow, etc). But they are terribly expensive for what they are. I used smallish loose tea bags that have a string closure. See: Amazon Loose Tea Bags. I suspect they are similar to what you use. They can be folded if you have a little or opened up if you have more. I use them a lot. I stuff them in Poppets or Spell Jars, make sachets for pillows or the car, etc. They are pretty sturdy.

For really small enclosures I open up a regular tea bag, dump the tea, cut it down and then seal it with a staple or cellophane tape.

I have heard of cheese :cheese_wedge: clothes but I never knew they had tea bags!
It could definitely help me hold some good intentions

I am on a budget but I looked up ChatGPT, which is AI and they said that you can actually use a coffee filter and then tie it so I thought I would give you the rundown about what ChatGPT says about the teabags!
I am glad that you let me in on your wisdom and sharing it shows you care!!!
How to Make Your Own Tea Bags:

Option 1: DIY with Coffee Filters

What you need:
• Unbleached coffee filters or cheesecloth
• Loose leaf tea (or dried herbs, chamomile, mint, etc.)
• Cotton string or food-safe twine
• Scissors
• Stapler or small clips (optional)

Steps:
1. Cut the coffee filter into a square or rectangle (about 3x3 inches is good).
2. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of tea (or herbs) into the center.
3. Fold the sides over like a burrito—first left and right, then top and bottom.
4. Tie it closed with string. Leave enough string to dunk it in your cup.
5. Optional: Staple the top closed and add a cute paper tag if you’re feeling fancy.

Honestly, I don’t like folding the coffee filter into a burrito, but I think that if we were too tie it could possibly work! So if you wanna try it, give it a shot give it your best shot!

This is so creative I love it :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: you are sounding like a genius!! I found a puppet doll and it was made out of yarn :yarn: and I have had some experiences making a puppy dog, but it really didn’t turn out that great. Now that I know how to yarn and crochet I’m wondering if I should make a puppet ! I have all these great ideas but I need to put them into practice! Honestly I don’t have that much time and if my teabag breaks that would really bite! I like the bags you recommended I’m getting some tonight!! Thank you for helping me live a magical life! My mugwort finally grew!! I’m not sure what’s wrong with it though it kinda looks like it’s sick or something. I don’t know.

Do you know how I can help my plant??

There is a great thread @tracyS started on Poppets here. I really like them since they seem to continue to carry intent. Poppets (Voodoo) dolls carry a dark magic connotation, so many stay away. They are not negative unless made so. They are like Jars and Bags and can convey good intentions as well as negative ones. My favorite one is my Air Elemental Poppet. She sits on my desk and conveys energy and creativity. There is a great beginning book on Poppets called "“Poppets and Magica Dolls” by Lucya Starza. But the reference thread actually covers a lot of it.

Here is ‘Poof’ my Air Elemental Poppet. You can read about her here. She has an herb bag inside her dress. She is a bit complex for a Poppet but she was done for a Challenge so I got carried away (as usual).

@dan3 I just read both posts! How cool! I read about making poppets in the Witch’s Way. I may give it a try at some point… sounds like fun.
