Creative Ways To Use Essential Oils
- Deodorize trash: Put a few drops of lemon essential oil onto a cotton ball and drop it into the bottom of your trash can before you put in a new trash bag
- Dissolve gunk: You can use lemon essential oil to help dissolve many kinds of messes. It works on wax, chewing gum, glue, permanent marker
- Scent letters: You can use essential oils to scent your letters or cards for an extra special touch. Add a few drops of your essential oil of choice to a small spray bottle of water, and lightly mist your paper/envelope
- Sleep: Put a few drops of lavender on your pillow to help you fall asleep
- Mists & sprays: Mix essential oil with water in a spray bottle to use as room spray (peppermint, lemon, lemongrass, orange)
- In the dryer: Sprinkle a few drops of essential oil on a wash cloth and throw it in the dryer
- Tissues in the trash: Put a drop or 2 on a tissue and put it in any trash can to fight odors

Bonus (off topic): Fill a small bowl with coffee grounds/beans and place it where the odor is. The coffee will absorb the odor. Change the coffee on a regular basis
