Follow Your Heart~! 
Ohhhh I love this one! A great reminder for when our minds and our heart pull us in different directions 
I think it is important to listen to both- while remembering that the mind can play tricks on us. A class in psychology taught me about brain games like hedonic adaptation (no matter how much you think you want that fancy new convertible- it’s not actually going to make you happy in the long run) and the social comparison theory (your brain really does think the grass is greener on the other side- even if you’ve already been over there and know that it isn’t!)
Hear what your brain says 
but listen to your heart when it tells you something is truly worth fighting for
