I know we’ve talked about digital grimoires before, and I mentioned that I was creating a template in Notion. Well, now it’s done and ready! I’ve shared the video walkthrough here, which basically goes through and shows you exactly how to use it. The link to the template is also below, and I’ve included some screenshots for anyone who can’t (or doesn’t want to) watch the video!
Thank you, thank you! I’ll have to play around with it. I started mine a couple years ago but really never played with fun stuff - I like the daily divination button and the option to embed things (which I’m off to research how to do!)
edit: down the rabbithole - I think I found a way to put today’s date in the title when you click the New Day button but still testing.
Also how can I edit the colors of the calender, wasn’t sure where that code was housed.
This is a work of art! Gosh, seeing your digital grimoire so organized makes me side eye my own digital collections Everything is spread across documents and folders on my desktop right now. It was organized, once upon a time, but not anymore. I ought to look into Notion seriously.
Thanks so much for sharing your template and how to use it!
You’re welcome! I seriously can’t get enough of Notion It’s basically how I run my whole life
That would be awesome! If you figured it out, let me know!
I went on a hunt for that widget this morning to answer this question and it turns out, I actually made the widget with a free web tool! I totally forgot about that!
Anyway, if you go to WidgetBox.app and create a free account, you can create a simple calendar there to embed into your Notion page. It lets you change the color, appearance, etc!
I even updated the colors in the template to be a black/gray/white scheme to match everything else!
Aww Thank you!! I love doing this kind of thing lol it makes my brain very, very happy lol I’m glad you like it! If you ever feel like playing around with Notion and want help, just let me know!
