Does anyone have any good spells that can help relieve stress in a home with toddlers?
Happy home spell jar:
Supplies:
Jar
Pink salt
Eucalyptus (dried)
Lavender (dried)
Orange peel (dried)
Rose quartz
Paper
Pen
Instructions
- Place jar on work surface.
- Arrange the ingredients in a semi circle around the jar.
- Add them to the jar 1 by 1. Do this in an aesthetically pleasing way as it will be on display.
- write your intention on the paper e.g reduce stress in home, bring calmness, prevent arguments.
- Roll up the paper and place in the jar.
- Close the jar. You can seal with wax if you want.
- Display the jar in a prominent place as a reminder of its positive influence.

Looks like Alan has given you a great spell jar to reduce stress. I’ve actually bookmarked this so I can make one myself!
You can also burn candles that have calming scents such as lavender or chamomile. In my home the smell of food seems to be calming to people. Lol so I burn candles that smell like caramel, black cherry, coffee and chocolate.
I also have a simmer pot going all day. I put apples, oranges, cinnamon and star anise in the pot. When I make my simmer pot in the morning I put the cinnamon stick in last and stir it clockwise with the cinnamon stick and say an affirmation for positivity and good health.
Here’s one a friend shared with me a few years ago that might help.
Sugar shaker jar: place sugar, the names of the members of the household on a slip of paper, cloves (or bay leaves) the number of which represent all people in the home, flax seeds, and lavender in a jar, and place in a location where you will remember to shake it regularly to activate it.

Yes, that is true especially with them being autism is very hard. That is why am looking for stress and calming spells to help put around their beds and, in their room, and mine.

Try a bit of homemade potpourri in a wax burner, …
ingredients:
white sage
with a drop of peppermint oil
3 drops of lavender
3 drops of lemongrass
1 drop of tea tree oil
Only think and speak positively when this is on for 30 days in a row. After that use as need. If any issues or allergies with any of these ingredients discontinue use immediately.
Honestly doing yoga helps me with stress relief! I like yoga with adriene!
