Do not consume if pregnant or nursing. 
When doing anything like consuming herbs…always make sure you know the contraindications that certain herbs may cause.

Lovely recipe, @Silverbear! I’ve kind of fallen out of my lucid dreaming practice lately- not sure what it is about summer exactly (maybe the heat), but it makes me have strange and hazy/unclear dreams
