First things first, congrats to you for embarking on your magickal journey! I hope your practice brings you a lot of joy. As for tips, I know celineelise and Mystique already recommended the Courses - those are a great place to build a foundation of magickal knowledge 
For those new to casting, I especially recommend the Spell 101 Guide. It can help you build confidence as you cast your first few spells

The biggest tip I can give you is don’t run out and buy everything you think you need at once. You may not need it, for one, and for another you might find things you like at craft stores, consignment shops, and dollar stores. You’ll want to save money on that stuff to buy the important things: Books. LOL!
YouTube is a treasure trove of information. So go deep diving there too! And don’t forget the search button here, you can find all sorts of lovely spells and things!
