You will need:
- A small blue candle (for calm and tranquility)
- Lavender essential oil or dried lavender (for soothing energy)
- A piece of amethyst or clear quartz (for balance and peace)
- A small bowl of water (for emotional cleansing)
- A quiet space where you feel safe
Instructions:
Set Your Space: Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Cleanse the area by burning incense or wafting the smoke of sage or palo santo around to clear negative energy.
Anoint the Candle: Rub a few drops of lavender essential oil on the blue candle, focusing on infusing it with the intent of peace and calm. If you don’t have oil, place some dried lavender around the candle.
