Ingredients:

½ cup butter
1 (16-ounce) package brown sugar
½ cup milk
¾ cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar

Directions:

Gather the ingredients.

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Remove the pot from the heat; stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.

Place confectioners’ sugar in a large mixing bowl. Pour in the peanut butter mixture and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

Pour the peanut butter mixture into an 8x8-inch dish.

Chill until firm before slicing, about 1 hour.

Notes:

Keep the peanut butter fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Can You Freeze Peanut Butter Fudge?

Yes! You can freeze this peanut butter fudge for up to three months. Wrap the fudge tightly in wax paper, then wrap it again in aluminum foil. Place the foil-wrapped fudge in a freezer-safe container or wrap it in another layer of foil. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
