It’s getting close to the next Sabbat! Here, have a bread recipe!
Easy Blackberry Bread Recipe

Total Time: 1 hour 10 mins
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar divided
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups blackberries
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Put the blackberries and 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl and mash with a fork.
In another large bowl, whisk the eggs with the remaining 1 cup of sugar, then add the oil and mashed blackberries.
Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Put in the oven and bake the blackberry bread for 1 hour.
This sounds tasty and seasonal - yum! Our blackberries aren’t quite ready yet here, but I imagine in a few weeks they’ll be good to go. What a fun way to use them!
