Can you be a bit more specific? I’ve been around for a while but I’ve never heard of Elemental Salt.

Like Megan said, I don’t think it’s a standard name but here’s one recipe with a similar sounding name.
Elemental Salt Blend
From the 2021 Magical Almanac by Llewellyn
This is my personal remedy for grounding and centering. The elemental correspondences were taken from Cunningham’s Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup lavender (air)
- ½ cup rosemary (fire)
- ¼ cup lemon zest (water)
Preparation:
Add tea to bath with ½ cup or more of coarse sea salt crystals (earth). I also use this blend for magical washes by reducing the salt to just a pinch or two dissolved directly in the tea.
