I like having baths for this.
I also love to connect with water through swimming I’m a tall person (also a bit wider than I’d like to be ) and have yet to find a bathtub that I can fit comfortably in. Swimming is the next-best option!
I love water, swimming, and baths periodt. I was meant to be in the ocean everyday.

I love swimming as well! It is so relaxing! Even just being on the water boating is very relaxing for me.

I used to swim laps at the pool all the time. Like, an hour straight of just back and forth. But that was so many years ago that I probably couldn’t do 50 m anymore.
Hahahaha I’ll be like you see how fast I was? . When I was in swim class I had to swim almost two hours straight and not stop or come up. Breathe out the side for two hours. It can make u panic for sure because u can only take in so much air on a quick side breath

I did the first video in this playlist this morning and it was wonderful I’m going to try and add in more yoga to my day because it feels amazing!
I really liked how the instructor connected the flow with the movement of water and not just the theme in words, if that makes sense. Thanks again for sharing!
