@TheMuslimWitch maybe you should call her Joy.

I forgot where I saw it but there was a lady that would light a candle and whisper all her problems, issues, or hardships of the day to the candle and cry or whatever she needed. Then she would blow out the candle and visualize all her problems being blown away with the flame. I thought it was quite a lovely idea.
