Energy Spell Jar/Pouch

Blessings Everyone

I have noticed from reading recent posts that coven members are experiencing lack of energy from either sleep, pain, clarity & focus, stressful events and overall general exhaustion

I have created an Energy Spell Jar/Pouch which I feel might help.

ingredients

  • Dried Orange Slices - invigoration, zest for life
  • Cherry Quartz - regulating energy, concentration
  • Citrine Quartz - Energy to pursue goals
  • Dragons Blood Powder - courage (if you can get it)
  • Marigold Petals - energy, vibrancy, regeneration
  • Cinnamon Stick - energy, invigoration
  • Dried Chilli- for an extra kick
  • Pink Himalayan Salt - binding/activating
  • Any Aromatherapy oil, I used “Happy”- Bergamot, Orange, Tangerine, Grapefruit & Lemon
  • Orange Paper to write your sigil

NOTE - you can add store-cupboard herbs for your own twist, such as rosemary, cloves, brightly coloured flowers from your garden

Method

  • Home/self cleanse

  • Incense emphasized textyour spell jar/pouch

Affirmation

  • Start by setting your intention repeating your goals, desires (said in present time) ie, *I have boundless energy, I am motivated with clarity * when you are ready write it on your orange sigil paper and fold ready for placing in your jar/pouch

  • As you add each ingredient, your sigil slowly blow your words into the jar/pouch

  • Seal the jar and cork with orange sealing wax

  • Optional- You can decorate with a charm - I used a Sun. tie three knots in your twine and repeat your affirmation whilst tying each knot.

  • To activate the spell, or recharge the jar/pouch leave it in direct sunlight for as long as possible

Sending much love and healing blessings :waning_gibbous_moon::heart:

Thank you, lovely! I will certainly try this, minus the allergens of course.

Rutilated quartz in sunshine often helps me recharge. Thank you for the reminder.

I’ll add lime/ mint/ honeydew spray for joy in the process.

Great idea the beauty is you can add or use what you need to as it will be unique to you. Glad I can help in a small way :waning_gibbous_moon::heart:

@Moonbeam I really like this! I have a couple of questions, and I do not want you to think that I’m highjacking your spell, or your hard work, but I have this insatiable need to ask… I wonder: what do you think about using Dragon’s blood incense (an incense cone, or piece of a stick to put it the jar unburnt) as a substitute for the Dragon’s Blood Powder?

And perhaps: to substitute for Cherry Quartz: maybe rainbow flourite and a clear quartz?

I’m asking because I do not have those ingrediants you listed.

Gorgeous spell jar btw! I love it when a spell jar looks like the spell (It doesn’t often happen, but when it does, it’s beautiful!)

@Water

Hi Water, your substitutions sound perfect and adding a clear quartz crystal will amplify the Rainbow Quartz as it is a Master Crystal . You can change whatever you need to.

Much love and brightness blessings :waning_gibbous_moon::green_heart:

@Moonbeam

I found these on Amazon. I know there are a few members that also do a lot of spell jar work. I thought you might like to see them, they fit perfectly into a jar the size you used and after what you posted about Clear Quartz: maybe others would be interested in having an amplifier for their spell jars:

if you’re interested, just paste this into the Amazon browser… (I always try to buy from smaller etsy shops that are witch owned, but I could only find these on Amazon)

@Water thank you for the information, there are so many crystals you can use in many different ways from spell jars, having them on display (I am drawn to Spheres and use the power of 3) around my home, carrying them with you, meditation, cleansing your aura, your chakras, returning them to the earth them just to name a few. Crystals was my first divination and are an important part of my craft. They come from the Earth and always amazes me how they catch the light and how they are so different in every part of the world they are as individual as we all are.

@c11 @Greenbriar @SuckOnMySunshine

Thank you for your lovely comments I always add a small charm as I feel that the last element of tying the twine in 3 knots and reaffirming your words completes the spell

Monday Blessings :waning_gibbous_moon::green_heart:

As someone among those fighting weird dreams and strange sleep patterns, I really appreciate this! You are so kind to make this spell jar/pouch and share it, Moonbeam. Thank you! :pray: :heart:

And I’ll second Greenbriar about the sun charm - it’s so cute! :sun: :sparkles: :blush:

Wait… is dragons blood powder NOT crushed up incense? Cuz I definitely thought that’s what that was this whole time! (whole time meaning the duration of my spiritual journey ;6-7 years )

I legit been using crushed up dragons blood incense cones as dragon blood powder.

:joy::rofl::joy::joy::rofl::rofl::clap::clap::clap:

I’ll be damn! So what’s the real dragons blood powder???

Here is something I found.

It seems like using crushed incense is simply returning the dragon’s blood to a similar to original form, though I’m sure the incense includes other items. If the incense creates the same feel within you as the sap is supposed to, use what you have. It’s not about spending a fortune for exotic supplies, though the exotics may have other properties. When someone else harvests the supplies, they don’t always do so the way we would.

Hi, Dragon’s Blood Powder is a scarlet sacred natural plant resin which is harvested from the rare Croton Lechleri Tree and has been used for hundred of years by the indigenous tribes of South America to increase power. There is nothing else added to it. Hopes this helps.

@georgia Thanks for that!! :heart:

@Moonbeam Thank you! I never really looked into Dragon’s Blood for more than just an incense. I will now though. Thanks again for sharing all those smarts you have! :heart:

Damn… well … THAT is news to me! :woman_facepalming::joy::joy:

So… just to be clear… the crushed up incense is NOT the same?

Or could it suffice in a pinch?

I’m hoping so, but if not, well then… I guess I’d have to find some on Amazon or the TikTok.. do you have any resource recommendations on where to buy this stuff as well as any other herb, root, or resin?

@SuckOnMySunshine

No it is not incense but that does not matter just use what you have. We cannot stock every ingredient that we see contained in a spell especially some of the unusual ones as it can be expensive and storing everything. If I have not got it I just change it. It is yours spell jar and I would do want you think you need, rosemary, basil, mint, oregano, bay leaf are good alternatives and can be used in any spell.

Blessed Be :waning_gibbous_moon::green_heart:
