A book I just found on ancestry "Escaping Salem, the other witch hunt of 1692 L\by a Richard Godbeer was submitted by a distant relative. In this book my 9th great grandmother, to make a long story short, was accused of witchcraft and blessedly acquitted.

You know my family always treated this poor woman as a dirty little secret.
Her accusers should have been given at the very least a good dressing down. What a nightmare for my 9 times grandmother.
A sincere thank you for your research. First my family was chased out of Scotland by Cromwell and then this. T’was shameful actions.
