Everyonehas value no matter what size

This is the story of a shy boy who made up stories until he’
was taught that the truth was something to be proud of.

Summary

“I am told that one of my students wrote a story and would l ike to read it. “A deep male voice said from the darkened auditorium, “Proceed.”

“Good Day everyone”
My Name is William and I am a Bard, an Elvin Bard . That, is a story teller, in case you didn’t know. "
“AH-hum.”
“Yes Master?”
“There is so little right in your story that it might as well be called “Lies by a demented Boy.” A deep male voice kindly chided. “Start again please.”

“My Name is William and I am a Bard, an Elvin Bard .
“Is this truth”
No sir.” The young story teller sighed.
“Start again, from the beginning.”
“My Name is William and I am a Bard, an Elvin Bard .

“Is your name William?
“No sir.”
“Are you a Bard”
“No sir.”
“ Are you an elf?”
“No…” Whispers and laughter came from the darkness.

“Wait, please, any of you who want to laugh will find themselves standing here instead of this brave young man. Have I made myself clear?”
“Yes Master.” Five subdued young voices replied
“Would any of you like to take his place.”
“N-no sir.”

“It would seem that the only courage in this class is standing Center
stage.” He growled at the rude boys. “If you would be so kind,
please continue.”
“My Name is Bobby and I am a story teller, a … “ the student stumbled on a word.

“Bobby, my fine young man, never be afraid to say who and what you are.
Please read, only to me. “
But his mouth had dried up and it almost hurt to swallow.
“A deep breath young writer, and read.”

“I am Bobby, a story teller and Dwarf.”
Something you may not know is, that in the annals of time, if something happened so long ago that no one remembers when? The story must begin with…
“**Once upon a time…**in a place called Haven there was a sweet Fairy named 'Ana”. She was six inches tall and slender, as all Fairies are, she was blessed with sparkling green eyes, red-blonde hair that hung to her waste. Her skin was pale and clear. Her wings were magnificent, covered with gossamer but tough as leather.
Another gift that she was blessed with a voice so lovely it made the other angels weep. That was what I write but the truth is she sounded like a bellowing cow and frightened the birds away.

He read on becoming more animated as he told his story.

“And they knew true happiness for the first time."
"The End.” he finished and was given a standing ovation.
As the master Teacher motioned for the window curtains to be opened.
He was astounded to see not only his entire class clapping their hands, But all the nobles of the castle were also impressed and cheering.

A tall imposing man walked up and offered his hand.
Taking the hand in his. The master teacher introduced them.
“This my fine lad is Sir Rufus of the Caine, and this, sir is Bobby O’Day.”
“He’s everything you said and more, Brother. When your Master gives you your papers and releases you as a Bard, I would, like you to teach my children to be as smart and courageous as you are.’
“But I’'m a dwarf. sir.”
“Stop seeing with your eyes, use your heart, young man, you’re a going to be a giant..”

Bless those who aren’t perfect
Look inside, you might be surprised at what you find.
