For the Love of the Moon: A Selene Night Ritual

I feel for you love… :people_hugging: :pink_heart: And I agree with @Satans_Helper, no need to feel guilty about doing things yourself. I’d consider it self care, both releasing the energy and also just enjoying yourself and your body. No matter what kind of relationships we have, our body is always ultimately ours to take care of.

The full moon has once again come around, a night if beautiful energies, brilliantly profound.

What’s more, it falls upon on a Monday night! The day named after the moon’s pale light! How perfect it is, then. Thus, I did this ritual again.

The pillar formed, I take as a sign of strength, and hope to incorporate it into my own wavelength. Just like Selene this night, under a full moon so bright!

Beautiful ritual and photo and my goodness, look at that candle! I don’t think mine have ever done that :hushed:

Aww, thank you! :sparkles: :black_heart:

I think it was only possible because the wick ended up slightly off-centre by the end. I don’t know why/how. This is probably my sixth candle from the same maker, and all the others were dead centre. But since they’re handmade, there’s always that chance of something interesting happening.

@BryWisteria It’s gorgeous. I love the way the wax has fallen, it’s like a waterfall of clouds :sparkling_heart:

Beautifully written and beautifully cast! This is such a lovely candle spell for an auspicious Moonday full moon :full_moon_with_face:

And your candle magick is as exciting as always! I love the pillar, reaching up to the moon above. And on the side there it looks like a waterfall with flowing abundance :white_heart:

Really love seeing this - thank you, Katerina, and hope you had a blessed full moon!

Thank you, @tracyS, @BryWisteria, and @AIRAM. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Working with Selene has felt a little different recently. I have seen the moon so rarely this past month. Almost every night has been cloudy, and many of them have seen rain. However, the few nights that I did see the moon, the humidity must have been low because it was so clear and beautiful.

I know I don’t need to moon to be clear and visible to work with her. But I thought to think out loud about how it feels kind of different, anyway. Not saying it’s bad or anything. Just something interesting to note. :silver_heart:
