Fresh Melon Gelato 🍉

Fresh Melon Gelato :watermelon:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pound fresh-cut cantaloupe, honeydew or watermelon, seeds removed
2 cups water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

Combine the melon, water, sugar, and lemon juice in food processor. Process until thick and smooth.

Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker canister and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Store the gelato in an airtight container in the freezer.

I hate it when it’s humid. Everything sticks to everything else. Urgh.
