Here’s one for the dream keepers. I’ve never had a dream like this before. It came in pieces, and I may be missing a few, but it is not a continuation dream.
This first piece caught my attention for the oddity at the end.
- Inside a witch’s hut, there were all kinds of herbs hanging from the rafters. Pots were boiling to make the atmosphere warm and comfortably moist. All around were jars and bottles. I had come to have a chat with my friend. We spoke of shallow, friendly things like “How are you doing?” and “What’s new?” She was as tall as Big Bird, and reminded me of a compilation of Jim Henson and Brian Froud. Calling her homely looking would be a high compliment! She was ugly, but kind.
This dream stalled as though I were supposed to wake at the end of it, but didn’t wake in time. Never had a dream do that before! The stall made it memorable.
-
Outdoors, alone. Searching a forest for an old ferris wheel (May be a rehash from a book I was reading last week).
-
Bay leaf tea.
-
A bright yellow cat looking up at me from a dark floor.
Oddly, the dream pieces seem to be mixed up like a puzzle to be solved. I’ve never had a dream puzzle before, either.
