Ginger Mint Iced Tea 🫚

Ginger Mint Iced Tea :ginger_root:

ready in: 30-60 minutes

Ingredients:

4 cups water
4 tea bags
1 piece (3-inch size) ginger root, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
4 sprigs fresh mint

Directions:

Heat water to a boil. Add tea bags, ginger root, and orange peel; remove from heat. Steep 10 minutes; remove tea bags.

Let stand 30 to 60 minutes. Place mint in ice-filled glasses. Strain tea over ice. Strain and refrigerate any remaining tea.

Ohhh this sounds tasty and refreshing! We didn’t get a ton of mint in the garden this year, but it’s enough to make a few pots of tea.
