I am asking for advice because I am in a rough spot my causin asked if he could visit and his visit is turned out to be longer than expected!
I told him my boundaries, I don’t want him to stay cause I can’t afford to take care of a grown up anyway!He had to detox from alcohol addiction and then he foundout he has a bunch of healthissues. Its to much forme. I can barley take care of myself and I have my own personal issues. He’s a burden to me. I am just being real! I am really trying to get him to leave my home! What kinda spell should I do!? I am going to present him with my lease agreement and show him that it specifically says no one other than me my husband and son.
What kinda spells should I do? Any opinions? He won’t leave!!! I don’t want him her anymore!!! This is really messed-up cause his wife kicked him out and it’s not my problem. I’ve done enough I feel to help. He is at least detoxed.

Off the top of my head, I can’t think of any spells to cast but I will look in my books and see if I can find something. If I do, I will share it here.
On the mundane side of things, you can explain the situation to your landlord and ask them to intervene and tell them they need to leave. If they don’t, the landlord can actually evict them. I had this exact same issue many years ago. Cousin showed up drunk and needed a place to crash for a couple days and never left. Wife kicked him out, he needed to sober up. My landlord ended up giving him an eviction notice, and I was not in trouble because I had told him to leave multiple times.
I’ve got two from the book Utterly Wicked by Dorothy Morrison. It’s a great book, even if you don’t need to get rid of somebody.
This first one if more for neighbors but it might work:
Nasty Neighbor Spell Materials:
Your morning urine
9 black peppercorns
3 tablespoons salt
1 clove garlic, peeled
3 rusty nails
Jar with tight-fitting screw-on lid
Place all ingredients in the jar, screw on the lid, and shake it continuously while chanting:
I piss on you and all you’ve done,
Pack your things—get out now—run!
Your place—that house and property— Is no longer yours, you see,
You may not live there anymore
On you, it has shut its door.
I’m done with you, and with this mix, a moving trick on you I’ll fix.
Throw the contents of the jar in the neighbor’s yard and mutter under your breath:
I mark you now with piss and rust, With garlic, pepper, and salty crust. Pack your things and leave today. This trick is fixed.
Now go away! Walk away and don’t look back.

Then there’s this one, it might work better:
Black Candle Banishing Materials:
1 black candle
Patchouli oil
Mechanical pencil or stylus
Using the mechanical pencil, mark the candle into three equal portions. Then starting at the bottom of the candle and working upward (away from you) inscribe the target’s name three times. When you are finished, anoint the candle with patchouli oil.
Burn one-third of the candle on each of three consecutive days, saying each time you light it:
Go away! Far away! Close to me, you cannot stay! Run away! Far away! Pack your things and leave today!

An old neighbor banishing spell
You will need
Gloves
Thistles
Nettles
Braid the thistles and nettles together and throw on their doorstep. Be prepared to have to move, too.
Another I made and used a couple of times. Caution: this stuff really stinks! Do not use plastic for mixing or storage because the smell will not come out!
Skunk Be Gone Spell
Lemon juice
Garlic powder, oil, or juice
Put the powdered garlic in a cup and barely wet it with the lemon juice and let it soak in so the garlic will mix. After a few minutes, use as though a liquid form of garlic.
When you have the desired scent and consistency, anoint something belonging to the person you want to evict- not something which will remain part of your own home. State your reasons for eviction. Be prepared to have to move, too.
Jeannie, first—big energy hugs to you. You’re absolutely valid for feeling overwhelmed. You’re not wrong for setting boundaries, especially when your own health and stability are at stake. Helping someone through detox is already a massive act of compassion, and it’s okay to say: “That’s all I can give.”
I had the exact same problem in 2022-2023. My boyfriend at the time moved in with me and my daughter. Things were great until they weren’t. We broke up and I politely asked him to leave. That didn’t happen and it took a nightmare of a year to get him out! I tried everything! Right before he did finally leave, I used the following spell. It was either that or commit a felony!
Spellwork: Reclaim Your Space & Energy
Home-Clearing & Boundary Spell
What you need:
- A black candle (banishing)
- A white candle (protection)
- Salt or rosemary (for cleansing)
- Paper and pen
- Fireproof bowl
Steps:
- Cast a small circle or simply center yourself and cleanse the room with smoke or a saltwater spray.
- Light both candles.
- Write your cousin’s name on the paper and these words below it:
“Your time here is done, your path now turns.
Leave this space, may bridges not burn.
Peace go with you, away from my door.
My home is my own—forevermore.”
- Fold the paper away from you and safely burn it in the bowl.
- Sprinkle salt or rosemary by the entrance and say:
“With love and strength, I seal my space.
No more guests shall overstay this place.”
Let the candles burn down safely, or snuff them with gratitude.
