I was out in my garden doing some watering when this bright yellow butterfly went fluttering by. She was very interested in the daylilies!
I decided to pull out my phone and observe.
She decides to land on a daylily:

Pretty sure this is a female Eastern tiger Swallowtail because of the touch of blue showing on those folded hindwings.
It was too hot for me to keep standing there watching her. 
She was still burrowed in there when I left!
I love watching butterflies and think they’re magickal. When I looked at the pictures I thought I’d share with the Coven.

too! Just so beautiful! I saw a yellow one a few weeks ago. It was a tiny one. I had never seen an all yellow one before. It was as yellow as the sun just fluttering by as Zeus and I were on our walk. I am lucky that I see a lot of butterflies! I know that it’s usually my grandmother because most of them are the small white ones
