GROUNDING OIL
Base oil: 30 ml grapeseed or almond oil
Black tourmaline: 1 small piece or powder (pure, if you have it)
Essential oils for grounding:
Patchouli: 3 drops
Cedar: 2 drops
Lavender: 1 drop (for balance and purity)
Elderberry or myrrh incense: a little powder for energy enhancement
Cleansing the space and materials:
Light a white candle and myrrh incense.
Cleanse your hands and tools with energy circles and words:
“Everything this oil touches may be cleansed, grounded, and strengthened.”
Oil base:
Put the vegetable oil in a glass bottle (dark glass, 30 ml) and add the tourmaline powder or the small piece of stone (clean).
Adding essential oils:
Drop by drop, add the patchouli, cedar and lavender. Each drop is accompanied by a command word:
“Strengthen me, ground me, cleanse me”.
Energy sealing:
Close the bottle and hold it in your hand.
Circle the energy around you three times, imagine the sun descending into your hands and the earth pulling all tension and negativity.
Moon phase:
Ideally, you make it on a full moon or new moon, so that it is fully charged with energy and purity.
You can put this oil around the tourmaline, in small drops on the stone or in your space, to create strong grounding and protection.
