Ham And Cream Cheese Quiche
ready in: 30-60 minutes
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chopped ham or other cooked meat
2 tablespoons snipped dill or green onion
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 package (8-ounce size) of Swiss or Cheddar cheese slices
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Whip cream cheese with eggs. Add salt and pepper. Blend well. Gently stir in ham and dill or green onion. Spoon into pie shell. Top with cheese.
Bake until golden, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
