Happy, blessed Womens Day, my Queens!!
Here´s my altar to honor all women who came before me, share my timeline and will come after me.
The past few years have been heartbreaking in regards of womens rights, especially when it comes to bodily autonomy.
But we´re not going to stop fighting for our rights, because until all women are free, no woman is free. 
What a beautiful altar, and a great idea!

Katharina, upon first look here at your altar, what started running through my mind was, “I am Woman hear me roar, in numbers too big to ignore, and I know too much to go back and pretend……” Dating myself again….the female mantra of the 1970’s!!! Helen Reddy, Ausie, mates!!

I think she was better as a lawyer than a politician, and her heart was in the right place.
Not trying to stir anything up.
And no man is truly free, either. We can make sure they understand that, even if we have to withhold our “services” in order to make it clear. None of us can truly get through life alone. Work together or not at all.

It has reminded me that we can make an altar like this for any cause that is near and dear to our hearts, not just the Sabbats. Thank you for the inspiration!

I hear ya, not stirring anything up….hey, one of my sayings, that I have used for years….If you don’t like the truth, then change the truth. I think that is kind of self-explanatory, if you do not like your life, where it is going, then change what you are doing. Lady Gene

Yes, we can make altars for anything! I´ve made altars for the elements, to explore color magic (having in altar all in red or purple is quite an experience), for healing, for protection, for abundance, for birthdays (especially late family members), for archetypes whose power I´m currently integrating in my life, for pride month…these are just a few that came to my mind.
I like that!

So beautiful absolutely love it. My younger children’s school invited us to do a morning tea and some craft and I made this cheese board:
They will be putting a cover coat over it and should be receiving it back at the end of next week. I will use it on my altar for the candles that don’t have any base or cup or even offerings perhaps.
