Hello Lovlies,

Fear tells you you must act now. Intuition tells you gently with kindness. And if you don’t listen, it will persistently tell you, like it is training you to go another way.
Beautifully said!
My fear has a second name and it is anxiety - I constantly struggle to sort through which sensations are intuition and which are just those from the little anxiety beast. I really like how you described the feelings of each and how to tell the difference between them.
Great piece, @celineelise - thank you for sharing it with us!
Thank you @BryWisteria! I am so glad that you enjoyed it. Yes, fear and anxiety, I believe, are interchangeable.
Which are just those from the little anxiety beast.
Learn to love your anxiety beast! I know it is hard, but until we listen to it, validate it, and talk to it. It will be persistent. So learn to love and hug it like it is hard pet that likes to wake you up in the middle of the night and pees on your shit sometimes
That’s definitely one way to redefine it! And you’re so right, there’s a lot of power in mindset. By giving it a more controllable (and even lovable, in a way!) shape, it helps reclaim control.
Thanks again - blessed be!
Another wonderful post, @celineelise I especially like the questions for connecting with your intuition!
Questions to connect with your Intuition:
- When do I feel the most connected to my intuition?
- How can I trust myself and my intuition more?
- How has my intuition helped me?
- What has happened when I have not listened to my intuition?
- What am I willing to do to increase my intuition?
I’ll be adding them to my journal routine later this week
@BryWisteria Exactly! Seeing our ability to shift a narrative help me to not feel like aa victim and feels very empowering. It still takes me practice to work on this.
@MeganB I’m so glad to hear this! I can’t wait to hear what you discover… if you want to share.
